What diameter and spool size is your filament?

All filament is 1.75 mm diameter on 1 kg spools unless a product page says otherwise.

How fast does filament ship?

Ready stock dispatches within 1-2 business days of payment — PUDO Locker nationwide, Local Delivery around Centurion, or collect from us.

What print settings should I use?

Each filament page lists its real print and bed temperatures under Specifications. Not sure which material suits your project? See our Materials Guide.

Can I return filament?

Unopened, unused spools have a 7-day cooling-off period. Faulty or misdescribed items are covered for 6 months — see our Returns Policy.
